Special Notes

A Certificate of Insurance is required for each vessel and all contractors and subcontractors.

Payments: All charges for boats brought in for Winter Storage are due in full when boat is delievered to yard. Additional work or serices performed during th eoff season, prior to Spring Launch, will be invoiced and due upon completion. Invoices are past due 30 days from dat of invoice. A Finance Charge of 2% permonth will apply to all past due balances (24% per year)

LOA (Length Over All): is calculated on the basis of actual length (Bow to Stern), plus overhang of motor, outdrive, swim platform, anchor pulpit, or any other fore and aft extension, all calculations in while feet.

Due to EPA, pollution and insurance concerns Thopson Marine must insist on performing all bottom painting - owners will no longer be allowed to paint their boat bottoms.
